We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is given and that somebody is available to sign for and take delivery of the goods.
Delivery within the UK costs £5.00 and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery within the EU costs £10.00 and is sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU
Delivery outside the EU costs £15 and is sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'.
TIMESCALES & LIABILITY
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products within 5-7 working days for UK delivery and all overseas items between 10 -14 working days.
Goods are only dispatched once payment has been approved. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within the time frame stated above.
Once goods have been delivered to you they are held at your own risk and Love Hate Social Club is not liable for their damage or loss.
If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
If your order is returned to us because the delivery service could not complete the delivery for any reason, then you will be responsible for the cost of a repeat delivery.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to request a refund. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number - only then will we be happy to issue a refund.
IF YOUR JEWELLERY IS FAULTY
You must contact us within a reasonable time scale. In most cases an exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
IF A REFUND IS AGREED
A refund will be carried out by us within 14 days of Love Hate Social Club receiving the returned item from the customer. Love Hate Social Club does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Postage cost will not be refunded. Returned items must be sent via a tracked delivery service (e.g: Royal Mail's Special Delivery).
We are unable to provide a refund or replace body jewellery that has been worn (or where the packaging has been opened). This is due to hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
If you have requested an exchange we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item. You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
