We aim for complete and total satisfaction with our services and products. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please note the following guidelines. 
We are unable to exchange or return body jewellery. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
If your jewellery is faulty, you must contact us within 1 working day. In most cases, and exchange or repair will be offered and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Next-day and Express delivery options also availablePlease feel free to contact us with any questions or issues at all.

Orders

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form. Goods supplied by Love Hate Social Club to customers remain the property of the the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Love Hate Social Club assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Love Hate Social Club assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Stripe payment service. Stripe complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive.

Please note that colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular, natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. Content Love Hate Social Club assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. All content is subject to change without notice. Love Hate Social Club reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts or the entire content of this site, without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate the site.Returns Due to Hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We can not accept any returns and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if made within 30 minutes of ordering and if they have not been shipped out by us. 
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working day.

Liability:

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or the telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. 

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either: 
To make good any shortage or non-delivery, or
To replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or
To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or UPS. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site.

The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Return Policy

Online order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations will not give you a right to cancel. 
These include goods with a seal - for health protection and hygiene reasons (such as Nipple Bars, Navel Curves, & Nostril Screws) – where the seal has been broken.If you wish to return an item, Please take the following steps:

  • 1. Notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods that you would like to return the items. Use the following email address: lhscbookings@gmail.com 
  • 2. Please make sure the subject line reads: Return Items/ Order Number XXXX(please indicate your order number); 
  • 3. In your email, please let us know what is the reason for the return, and indicate whether you require repairs/ replacement or a refund. All repairs are carried free of charge. 
  • 4. You must provide proof of purchase. 
  • 5. Return goods must remain sealed and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). 
  • 6. Once you’ve notified us by email as per the above, you will then have another 14 days to return the goods. 
  • 7. Once we receive the goods back sealed and in their original condition, we will send you confirmation by email, and pay the refund by the same method you paid for it , within 14 days of receiving the goods back. 
Note : We will only accept returns from the same person who bought the item.
